Fill in the application form and mail it to the Institution’s Registrar Department together with the required documents (please refer to the Document Checklist).
Note: Please send the application fee by cheque or bank draft,
Please indicate “Dong Jiao Zong Higher Learning Centre Bhd” and do not post cash.

Within two weeks of the course commencement.
